Living alone, Baked turkey tenderloin is perfect for me. It is easy to prepare and can be goes with a variety of side dishes to create a complete meal.

I love turkey. All year long. It’s cheap, and healthy and tastes great.

And there is a million things you can do with the leftovers.

Baked Turkey Tenderloin Tips and Tricks:

  • The spice rub is the key to adding flavor and aroma to the turkey. You can use any spice blend that you like, or make your own with some pantry staples. I used a mix of garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper, which gives the turkey a savory and smoky taste. You can also add some sugar, honey, or maple syrup to the rub, to balance the saltiness and add some sweetness.

  • To ensure that the turkey tenderloins cook evenly, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. This will help you avoid overcooking or undercooking the meat.

  • If you don’t have fresh herbs on hand, you can use dried herbs instead. Just remember that dried herbs are more potent than fresh, so you’ll need to use less.

  • For an extra burst of flavor, you can add some sliced lemons or oranges to the baking dish with the turkey tenderloins.

Baked turkey tenderloin Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  2. Remove the turkey tenderloins from their packaging and pat them dry with paper towels.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the turkey tenderloins, making sure to coat them evenly.

  5. Bake the turkey tenderloins in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
