Tuscan Chicken with White Beans and Greens

5 from 1 vote
Tuscan Chicken with White Beans is a rustic, flavor-packed dish built on simple ingredients done right. Tender chicken is cooked in a rich, garlicky sauce with herbs, creamy white beans, and often sun-dried tomatoes or spinach for extra depth. Everything comes together in one pan, making it hearty, satisfying, and easy to pull off. Serve it with crusty bread, potatoes, rice, or pasta to soak up the sauce. It’s the kind of meal that feels comforting, a little elevated, and surprisingly simple at the same time.
