Mix the following ingredients in a bowl: Greek yogurt, garlic (minced), rose harissa, turmeric (ground), paprika (smoked), lime (zest and juice), honey, and olive oil (extra-virgin), cilantro, sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Taste and adjust as needed.
Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
Cover the salmon with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes. This will help the fish absorb the taste of the marinade.
Preheat your oven to the 450℉ or 230℃ (use convection if available).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the salmon pieces on top. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until the salmon is done.
As soon as you take it out of the oven, serve it with tortillas, tomatoes, onion, cilantro leaves, lime wedges and Greek yogurt.
