- Mix the following ingredients in a bowl: Greek yogurt, garlic (minced), rose harissa, turmeric (ground), paprika (smoked), lime (zest and juice), honey, and olive oil (extra-virgin), cilantro, sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Taste and adjust as needed.
- Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
- Cover the salmon with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes. This will help the fish absorb the taste of the marinade.
- Preheat your oven to the 450℉ or 230℃ (use convection if available).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the salmon pieces on top. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until the salmon is done.
- As soon as you take it out of the oven, serve it with tortillas, tomatoes, onion, cilantro leaves, lime wedges and Greek yogurt.

To serve:
- 2 Flour Tortillas
- Arugula or other lettuce
- 1 avocado Sliced and lightly salted
- 1 tomatoes Sliced, and lightly salted
- 1 onion Finely sliced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
