Ingredients

  • 300 g skinless salmon fillet cut into 1 inch cubes
  • For the marinade:
  • 4 Tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Finely grated zest of 1 unwaxed lime
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh garlic Add more if you like :-)
  • 2 Tbsp harissa paste
  • 1 Tbsp sriracha to taste
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika for added depth
  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil increase for richness
  • 2 tsp honey for a touch of sweetness to balance the flavors
  • Generous pinch of sea salt adjust to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix the following ingredients in a bowl: Greek yogurt, garlic (minced), rose harissa, turmeric (ground), paprika (smoked), lime (zest and juice), honey, and olive oil (extra-virgin), cilantro, sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Taste and adjust as needed.
  • Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Cover the salmon with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes. This will help the fish absorb the taste of the marinade.
  • Preheat your oven to the 450℉ or 230℃ (use convection if available).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the salmon pieces on top. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until the salmon is done.
  • As soon as you take it out of the oven, serve it with tortillas, tomatoes, onion, cilantro leaves, lime wedges and Greek yogurt.
