  • 1 slice of good bread
  • 2-3 ripe figs sliced
  • 2 tsp of honey
  • A few sprigs of thyme leaves
  • 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese
  • Flaky sea salt

  2. 2. Toast your slice of bread and spoon the honey ricotta on top.
