Ricotta Toast with figs recipe

Ricotta Toast with ripe figs and honey

Ricotta Toast with Ripe Figs and Honey is simple, sweet, creamy, and seriously good. Crisp toast gets spread with rich ricotta, then topped with juicy figs, a drizzle of honey, and optional nuts for crunch. It feels like a fancy brunch dish, but takes almost no effort. The balance of creamy, sweet, and crisp makes every bite work. Serve it for breakfast, brunch, or a quick snack when figs are in season. Just don’t make it with Wonder bread.
